I have 3 beautiful daughters, ages 2, 5 and 12. They all have tons of hair with lots of curls. Their hair gets tangled very easily making brushing time a pain in the neck. My 12 year old has to brush her hair in the shower with conditioner in it. The Knot Genie works well in shower because the water does not stay in the brush for long. My 5 year old is reaching that stage of independence where she wants to do everything by herself. The shape of the Knot Genie makes it easier for her to do it on her own and it doesn't hurt. My 2 year old, who is yet to have hair, likes it because it's pink and that is her favorite color. The Knot Genie was a success in my house and I would recommend it to my friends.
